Warm home of three queer students (and a cat) seeking two new roommates in our large apartment!

Don't need to be two people to apply!

Rent does not include utilities.

Washer and dryer included in the basement off the kitchen. We also have an empty parking space and a smoking space on the patio. Strong radiator heating. We live less than a minute's walk from Cremazie station--- which may seem far from downtown but with a book or a movie on the train it's really not bad (especially with the cheap rent). We live near a park too.


We are three Concordia students looking to rent two unfurnished rooms come October 1st (a little awkward time, I know, but it's non-negotiable).

Bedrooms are around the same size with a shared closet that can be locked from the inside---- meaning that one room could have access and the other couldn't if you don't want to share.

We are three friends who love to spend time together--- cooking, watching movies, playing music, and chatting. We also have a lot of down/quiet time because we have different busy schedules--- and sometimes you just need to be alone! Being friends is of course not required! I have lived with strangers and it can feel awkward in the beginning especially when entering into living with established friends--- but we are excited to have new roommates and welcome them into the space... I'm just trying to say that if you would like friends we can be that and if you would like nothing to do with us we can do that too.

Five people in one bathroom sounds NASTY, I know, but there is a lot of storage for products and we keep it very clean! We also keep different schedules so it is rare to have to wait!

We are looking for someone who is clean--- nobody is perfect, but do your dishes! --- We like to share cleaning duties and clean together but the space is well-kept. (ignoring the mess in one of the bedrooms! That is an in-the-progress-of-moving-out picture )!

About each of us:


Eve 22y/o she/her: Trans w0man who loves movies and hanging out! Cooks writes, listens to music, and drinks beer! General chiller looking for more general chillers to live with!

Jess 21y/o he/they: Trans masc third-year Concordia student majoring in English Literature and minoring in Education. I also work at a thrift store! I'm originally from New Brunswick but have been in Montreal for 3 years. I like going to shows, writing, candlelight, and my cat.


Jordan 21y/o she/her: I'm a cis lesbian in third-year art history and fine arts student. I'm originally from Vancouver. I love skiing and weed (basic BC interests I'm sorry). I love movies but only watch things I've already seen.


Whisp 5y/o he/him: MEOW. I am Jess's cat and really cool. I like to EAT, purr (quietly), hang out and cuddle. But you must respect me. Or, I will give you a small bite of warning, if u don't back off I go CWAZY.
