One bedroom apartment located in Little Italy is available for lease-transfer, as I am relocating elsewhere. I am offering it for 1300/month and the lease ends June 30th. I actually pay the landlord 1650/month so if you decide to stay and renew the lease with her the rent would be 1650. However, I am happy to offer it for February - June for 1300/month.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Wood floors, high ceilings and lovely sunlight in both the living room and bedroom. Washing machine, fridge and stove are in the unit. We plan to move out everything else unless there is something specific in the photos you would want to keep?

It is roughly a 5 minute walk to De Castelnau metro on the blue line and a 10 minute walk to Jean Talon metro on the orange line. 4 min walk to Jean Talon market and right next to the 55 bus stop.

Move in available as soon as the lease transfer is signed.

L'appartement sera disponible dès que le transfert de bail sera signé.
