Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. I am moving to another province and I am selling my apartment. It is located in Griffintown Downtown, close to everything. The Bonaventure metro station is an 8-minute walk on the orange line. There are markets and pharmacies nearby, which are a maximum of 10 minutes away on foot, such as Adonis, Metro, Pharmaprix, and Jean-Coutou.

The rent is 1,640 per month.

The check-in is scheduled for December 2nd.
